We are back for 2025!
RPlaces Transition Centre doesn't want individuals to be defined by addiction, mental health and concurrent disorders. We fill a service gap that exists in our communities and want to help individuals get to where they want to be.
We offer FREE in-person and remote sessions via phone and zoom to anyone 18+ years of age and we accept all types of referrals.

- Indigenous Facilitation
- Life Skills Development
- Community Support and Advocacy
Our services and programs are available to Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations, and surrounding areas in Southern Ontario.
Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Monday's are remote only.
Tuesday - Friday walk-in's are welcome!
Closed on Statutory Holidays.
